Introduction
Welcome to DELOGRFX Design Studio ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We specialize in end-to-end marketing design for branded events, offering a wide range of graphic design services including, but not limited to:
Branding and Identity Design
Event Marketing Materials
Digital and Print Advertising
Social Media Campaigns
Custom Illustrations
Website and Email Design
User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration forms.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account and password.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All designs, graphics, and other materials created by us remain the property of DELOGRFX Design Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you.
License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the designs and materials for the purposes specified in the project agreement.
Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise use our designs and materials for any purpose other than that specified in the project agreement without our prior written consent.
Payment Terms
Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before the commencement of any project.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are handed over.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in the suspension or termination of Services.
Revisions and Approvals
Revisions: We offer 2 rounds of revisions as part of our standard service. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
Approvals: Final approval of all designs and materials is required before production or publication. Any changes requested after final approval may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect your confidential information. However, you agree that we may use your name and logo in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELOGRFX Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
