Process and Payment
What is your design process?
Our design process typically includes the following steps: initial consultation, project proposal and quote, research and concept development, design creation, revisions, final approval, and delivery of the final product.
How many revisions are included in your service?
We include 2 rounds of revisions as part of our standard service. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and checks.
What is your payment schedule?
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before we begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over.
Confidentiality and Ownership
Will my project details be kept confidential?
Yes, we take confidentiality seriously and will not share your project details with any third parties without your consent.
Who owns the final designs?
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

While we specialize in design, we partner with trusted printing companies to offer high-quality printing services. We can manage the printing process for you or provide print-ready files if you prefer to use your own printer.
