What is the typical turnaround time for a project?

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We will provide an estimated timeline during our initial consultation.

Do you offer rush services?  

Yes, we do offer rush services for an additional fee. Please let us know if you have a tight deadline, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Process and Payment

What is your design process?  

Our design process typically includes the following steps: initial consultation, project proposal and quote, research and concept development, design creation, revisions, final approval, and delivery of the final product.

How many revisions are included in your service?

We include 2 rounds of revisions as part of our standard service. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and checks.

What is your payment schedule?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before we begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over.

Confidentiality and Ownership

Will my project details be kept confidential? 

Yes, we take confidentiality seriously and will not share your project details with any third parties without your consent.

Who owns the final designs?  

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

How do we communicate during the project?

We primarily communicate via email. For larger projects, we can schedule regular video or in-person meetings to ensure smooth progress and collaboration.

Can you work with clients outside of Canada?

Yes, we work with clients from all over the world. We are equipped to manage projects remotely and ensure effective communication throughout the process.

Do you provide printing services?  

While we specialize in design, we partner with trusted printing companies to offer high-quality printing services. We can manage the printing process for you or provide print-ready files if you prefer to use your own printer.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profits or small businesses?  

We support nonprofits and small businesses and may offer discounts on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your needs and see if you qualify for any special pricing.

What if I'm not satisfied with the final design?

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the final design, we will work with you to make necessary revisions. If you are still unsatisfied, we will discuss alternative solutions.
